Refund policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
Item(s) must be unused with no marks, and in the same condition received, in original packaging with all pieces included. Final determination of refund eligibility will be made upon receipt of returned merchandise and is at the sole discretion of Pin and Pad. (SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS)
To initiate the return process, please can contact us at info@lifewithmoore.com and include the following information:
- Your Order #
- Reason for Return
- Request if you would like to return or exchange
If your request is accepted, we will send you a return authorization and address. Shipping cost will be at your personal expense, with your selected carrier. Item(s) sent back without initial contact of return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Orders Issues:
Please review your order upon receipt and reach out immediately with any concerns around defects, damages, item(s) not received or errors with your order for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items:
Unfortunately, any item(s) purchased during a sale in which the price paid was greater than 50% off the original retail unit price item refunds will not be accepted. Should you have questions about eligibility in this instance please contact us.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to make an exchange, please first initiate your return and make a request for exchange at the time. Any applicable shipping costs for the returned and new item will be at your own expense.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received your return and if your refund request was accepted. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow us 10-14 days for processing, and note your bank institution's timing may vary.
